“The way people do social is serious panic”
She knew that there had to be a better way to handle the workload of social media.
“As an entrepreneur, you have to be more strategic”
Laura created a tool called, Edgar. Edgar allows business to house all their social media content in one place and, then cycle through on a frequency as you want.
“The thing most exciting to me is seeing clients traffic grow”
The company’s strategy is to allow their prospects to request an invitation. They focus on email collection and list building. This is very different from other software companies who ask to join a trial version of the program.
“Software companies are asking people for too much in the beginning”
“You have to do a lot of work as a company to give your prospects all the information they need to feel comfortable buying from you, that’s what marketing is”
Edgar sends out links, newsletters, podcasts or reviews from current clients.
One thing Laura says you can do within a week to really start seeing results in business is to create a consistent schedule that is manageable.
What does Hustle mean to Laura?
